Where do the two price lists differ in ways a customer would notice, and which should win?
Anna Lund and Mikael Virta want one price list from January, built on Northwind's. Jonas Ek and Sofia Nyberg would protect the largest accounts: Jonas would keep Halvorsen's prices for them for a year, and Sofia warns a single list moves them by up to twelve percent overnight.
Nobody has said yet who approves a large discount once the two sales teams merge.
The first ninety days
What has to be true by day ninety for customers to see one Northwind?
Laura Koski wants one discount policy and one webshop price list by January. Sofia would keep both discount policies until the new list is live in March — they part on when the discount rights change.
How it works
Name the conversation, get the thinking.
Metafora gathers, through questions, what only people know — so a conversation of any size is resolved round by round, without a meeting.
Name it
Say in a few words what the conversation is about, and answer a few taps on what you need from it. Metafora writes the goal and the first questions.
Send one link
Everyone answers alone, in their own language, in a short interview that ends itself. No one who answers sees what anyone else said.
Watch it grow
Every answer grows one page: who said what, where people agree and where they differ, and what nobody has answered yet — every sentence traceable to who said it.
Decide, then take it to the group
You make the calls only you can make, and Metafora writes the conclusion. Put the decisions before the group, send the recap, and start the next round from where this one ended.
